How are these gift cards different than the gift cards I buy at the Target store?

They aren’t! You can use gift cards at Target stores or at Target.com, with no fees and no expiration dates. Our corporate gift card program simply makes it easy for you to order and send gift cards to your customers, employees or team, whether that’s 10 people or 10,000.

Do Target GiftCards expire?

No, they don’t. They never expire, and there are never any fees.

Do Target GiftCards have fees?

No, not at all. No fees. No expiration. No kidding.™

Can I return or exchange Target GiftCards?

Returns or exchanges are allowed only on physical gift cards. Returns require a proof of purchase, must be made within 90 days of purchase and are subject to a 10% restocking fee, unless prohibited by law. Exchanges require a proof of purchase but have no time limit or restocking fee.

Target eGiftCard orders are not returnable or refundable once Target delivers the applicable gift card codes to you (except as required by law). If you wish to cancel an order prior to Target delivering the codes, please contact the Target GiftCard customer service team.

Where can Target GiftCards be used?

Just like any Target GiftCard, you can use them at Target stores in the U.S. or at Target.com. From toys to electronics, clothes to groceries, there’s something for everyone.

What happens if my gift cards are lost or stolen?

Give us a call at 1-800-5GIFTS5 (1-800-544-3875), and we can help. We can replace the remaining value on a lost, stolen or damaged card with a purchase receipt.

What information is required to order through the corporate gift cards program?

Approved businesses and organizations are required to provide a Form W9 to provide Taxpayer Identification Number. You will also be required to sign a Licensed Material Agreement (LMA) if you wish to use Target marks in your marketing materials or order digital Target eGiftCards.

Does Target provide discounts for bulk gift card orders?

Order discounts may be available at time of purchase based on method of payment. Please contact Target Corporate GiftCard team by phone to place order. For assistance, call 1-800-544-3875.

Is there a minimum number of gift cards I must order?

No, you can order as many or as few as you’d like.

Can I include a personal message with my gift card?

Absolutely! We can print your personal message on a letter that’s attached to the gift card. We can also include a personal message on digital gift cards.

What Target GiftCard denominations are available?

Target GiftCards are available in any amount from $1 to $2,000. Want to send a gift card worth $25.25 for your employee’s 25^th anniversary? Go for it!

How does delayed activation work?

For orders over $2,000, we’ll send you a secure email with directions on how to activate your cards online. If you do not wish to have your order shipped using delayed activation, please call 1-800-5GIFTS5 (1-800-544-3875) to speak with a member of our gift card team.

How do I pay by check?

After your order is placed, you’ll receive an emailed invoice from Target. Send a copy of the invoice and a check to:

Company check​ may take up to two weeks to process upon receiving payment. Your order will be shipped once payment has been applied. If your payment isn’t received within 30 days, the order will be canceled.

What are the terms and conditions associated with Target GiftCard purchases?

Gift cards are redeemable for merchandise or services (other than gift cards and prepaid cards) at Target stores in the U.S. or Target.com, and cannot be redeemed for cash or credit except where required by law. What are the shipping charges for Target GiftCards?

If you’re shipping to a single address:

• Standard shipping (3–5 business days) is free
• Rush shipping (2–3 business days) costs $8.00

If you’re shipping to multiple recipients, the cost is $1.50 per address.

Can Target ship gift cards to more than one address?

Yes. If you’d like, we can ship your gift cards directly to the individual recipients. This service is an alternative to bulk shipping and is provided for a nominal fee of $1.50 per recipient that includes processing and postage.

Can Target ship gift cards out of the United States?

We cannot ship gift cards or other Target products internationally or to U.S. Protectorates, Guam or the Virgin Islands. However, we can ship to APO and FPO addresses and Puerto Rico.

How long will it take to receive my gift cards?

Standard shipping for bulk gift cards is 3–5 business days, but you can rush ship them for a small fee and receive them within 2–3 business days.

Can I ship my Target GiftCard to a P.O. box?

We regret that Target GiftCards cannot be shipped to P.O. boxes.
